Research & Experimentation Notice: Qozara is a collective dedicated to computer science research and frontier technology exploration. Our projects are often Proofs of Concept (PoCs) designed to test new engineering paradigms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any software or service under the Qozara organization, you agree to these Master Terms and any app-specific supplemental terms found in our /legal/ directory.

2. "As-Is" Provision (No Warranty)

Software is provided for experimental and community use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Open Source & Licensing

Unless otherwise stated, all Qozara projects are released under Open Source licenses (e.g., Apache 2.0). Your rights to use, copy, and modify the code are governed by the specific LICENSE file in each project's repository.

4. Limitation of Liability

Qozara and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of experimental software, including but not limited to data loss or system failure.
